Objective
I am looking to gain teaching experience from classroom setting to one on one to lesson planning. I already have teaching experience, but am always looking for more, and I would like to gain more knowledge on the planning side of teaching.

&gt;I worked for 5 years for Starbucks as a barista. I was promoted to shift supervisor after two years. This promotion gave me more responsibility as I needed to lead the team and deal with customers. I was also responsible for cash management and inventory. The job was very customer centered and the customer experience was always the most important aspect that I dealt with.

Grade 3 Head Teacher
&gt;I am the head teacher for the grade 3 class. I am in charge of teaching English, Math, Science, Social Studies and Reading to the students of the class. There are varied degrees of English language comprehension in my class that I need to cater to. This requires me to make differentiated instruction so that all the students are able to learn the required curriculum. I am required to make thorough lesson plans detailing my classes for the upcoming week which also helps the following week so that they may be reviewed. The students are learning a curriculum according to the American Common Core Standards. Reading Street is the textbook that I am using to follow this curriculum. My responsibilities also include nighttime studies once a week, making report cards, parent teacher conferences and communications with parents.
