Positions: Villas Division – Butler (Dec 2014 – Present)

Crown Casual Staffing – Food and Beverage Attendant (Nov 2014 – Dec 2014)

Role duties and responsibilities:

- General Food and Beverage duties in Conferencing and Events Division

- Setting up private villas for guests’ arrival including polishing of silver

- In-Room Dining orders, delivery and setting up of tables to consistent 5* standards

- Responsible for advising and booking restaurants to satisfy guests’ preferences

- Executing private car and limousine bookings for guests

- Point Butler and Butler Attachment Service for VVIP patrons

- Luggage packing/unpacking, shoe shine service, laundry, turn-down/make-up service

- Guest time management; wake up calls, bags down, limousine service

- Guest “Meet and Greet” service on arrival to property standards

- Accurate reporting via Opera software (e.g. In-house reports, Guest Profile updates, Room status administration)

Key Achievements:

- Promoted to Butler position within the first month of employment with Crown

- Exceptional service standards and rapport with VVIP and celebrity guests

- Requested personally by key VVIP guests

- Strong internal relationships to ensure services standards are upheld
