WORK EXPERIENCE:
Since my fourth semester in my university, I have worked with various foreigners unofficially. Regularly I became their guide to show off Malang and sometimes became a translator when they decide to visit villages outside of town. I then worked as an Indonesian and English tutor in ACCESS English Center until August 12, 2011. I came to Bali in September 2011 and started working as a customer service for Samsung Service Plaza in Western Australia. I served customers in Western Australia from Bali via phone and internet. Currently, I am working in a company called Moksa Global where I became a phone operator who calls and informs clients of their legal documents.
