I worked for DNO Rak Petroleum as Warehouse assistant in one of the Public Limited Company based in UAE-Ras Al Khaimah holding offshore platforms.

My duty was in the field of warehouse and logistics. Work with receipt, dispatch and handling of dangerous goods in accordance with operating instructions. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. Read work orders or receive oral instruction to determine work assignments, materials or equipment’s needs. Communicate with manager or production team regarding problem solving and delegating of tasks. Maintain Daily Weekly and Monthly activities and all Logistics and transportation report. Load and unload the incoming and outgoing orders Same as other jobs like housekeeping & physical counts daily and weekly and Maintain a high degree of organization and housekeeping ensuring the working area is clean tidy and free from hazards at all times and safe conditions. Make requisition for materials others Spare parts and consumable items. Send e-mail to supervisor/ warehouse manager and production Team. Responsible for the keys. In logistics side I have the knowledge of loading and offloading the materials from the truck, container and boat.
